Lousy information about choosing a domain name. All other things being equal the domain name rich url will rank higher than a catchy name day in and day out.

Fewer and fewer people type in a domain name these days. The generally find your site by using a search engine, by a referring site, or through a bookmark. They just don't type in a URL very often so a catchy name isn't much good.
